Local Chapters
Any region having more than 25 members of Systems Society of India (preferably life members) can form a local chapter. The local chapters will have members confined to their geographic boundary. The membership applications submitted to local chapter has to be forwarded to the National Executive Committee for scrutinizing the eligibility of the applicant before approving the membership. On such approval from Executive Committee the local chapters will be intimated regarding approval of the application and the membership number, if approved, with a copy to the applicant. Only on the approval of the Executive Committee, the applicant becomes the member of Systems Society of India.
A local chapter elects its Executive Body. The Executive Body elects President, Vice President, Secretary and the Treasurer is nominated by President from among the members. The local chapters arrange Workshops, Technical Talks, Exhibitions etc to promote and propagate the application of Systems Concept in dealing with Engineering and Social Problems.
